HR Business Partner

Location: London (4 days in office / 1 day remote)

Salary: Β£65,000 – Β£75,000 + 15% bonus + 30 days holiday

A well-established and fast-paced organisation in the recruitment and staffing industry is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join its growing team. This is a full-time, high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape and drive strategic people initiatives across the UK business.

This role reports directly to the Chief People Officer (CPO) based in New York, and will have a close working relationship with the Managing Director in London to ensure alignment between global and local priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing expert guidance on a broad range of people matters.
  • Deliver HR strategy across employee relations, performance, engagement, talent, reward, and change management.
  • Work closely with line managers to build capability, support high performance, and foster a positive working culture.
  • Lead and contribute to HR projects in line with business goals.
  • Use people data and insight to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior generalist HR role.
  • Strong commercial understanding and ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Confident handling complex ER matters and organisational change.
  • CIPD Level 5 Qualified (or equivalent experience).
  • Comfortable working onsite 4 days a week in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
