Talent Acquisition & Experienced Hire Lead
Location: London or Austin (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £50,000 – £65,000 base + performance bonus

Reporting to: Head of L&D (or Senior Leadership)

A high-growth, award-winning executive search firm specialising in end-to-end supply chain leadership is looking for a Head of TA to join the business.
With offices in both London and the US this professional, driven, social and sales-focused business are looking for a well rounded TA professional to define the hiring strategy and deliver on hires.
The Opportunity
This is a unique role for a high-calibre Talent Acquisition professional to shape and deliver an experienced-hire recruitment strategy for a boutique executive search firm entering a new phase of expansion.
You will be responsible for attracting, assessing and hiring top-tier talent across London and the US, with a focus on bringing in consultants who have the maturity, intellect and capability to thrive within a high-performance, specialist search environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Attraction & Hiring
- Hire high-quality experienced recruiters across London and US.
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer across both 180 and 360 hiring needs.
- Map the competitor landscape and network effectively within relevant talent pools.
Process Design & Talent Strategy
- Build a robust, high-quality hiring process aligned with the business’ boutique, credible positioning.
- Shape interview frameworks, assessments, scorecards, and candidate experience.
- Partner closely with Leadership, L&D, Marketing and Operations to refine EVP, hiring collateral and market positioning.
- Support the design of hiring strategies for new market launches.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work directly with senior leaders and founders.
- Influence hiring strategy for multiple global offices.
Culture & Employer Brand
- Promote the business’ strengths: tailored L&D, direct access to leaders, strong commission structure (no thresholds), and long‑term shareholder opportunities.
What They’re Looking For
- Experience hiring senior‑level or mid‑senior perm recruiters (internal TA, agency or search).
- Proven ability to attract and engage high‑calibre commercial talent.
- Comfortable engaging credible, mature profiles and maintaining long‑term communication pipelines.
- Autonomous, quality‑obsessed, professional, and commercially driven.
- Sociable and engaging
- Ability to operate in fast‑growing, entrepreneurial, boutique environments.
- Ideally experience hiring for US markets (not essential).
