Overview:

An established and growing recruitment firm is looking for a commercially driven Sales Trainer to join their L&D function full-time. With new leadership in place and exciting change underway, this role will play a key part in shaping performance across both permanent and contract desks.

You\’ll work closely with a newly appointed Director to re-energize the sales culture, upskill teams, and drive performance through impactful training and coaching. This is a hands-on role — embedded on the sales floor, delivering sessions, and making an immediate difference.

  • Able to command respect and build credibility quickly
  • Commercially astute and data-informed in approach
  • Positive, energetic and solutions-focused

  • Not HR-focused – this is a pure sales performance L&D role

The Offer:

  • Join a business with clear direction and real appetite for change
  • Work closely with a high-impact leadership team
  • 4-day in-office culture with flexibility midweek
  • Autonomy to shape L&D delivery and make a real mark
