As part of the Commercial Business Division, the role will support the end‑to‑end compliance and onboarding process, management of the team, ensuring all placements meet legal, operational, and client‑specific requirements.

  • Team Management
  • Contract raising completed manually at present
  • Upload finalised contracts into the appropriate systems/locations
  • Candidate Queries: labour leasing; cross border working; worker’s misclassification; A1 certificates etc

Proven experience of managing a team of at least 3 people. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment and thrive in a constantly evolving landscape. Ability to commit to the organisation’s mission and goals by showing dedication and perseverance in day‑to‑day work and goal achievement. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the gravitas to influence at all levels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clients, contractors and work colleagues.
