I am currently representing an ambitious high-growth international recruitment business that is looking to hire a driven and highly organised Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of the business. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of daily office and operational activities
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors
- Maintain and enhance internal processes and workflows
- Manage CRM/ATS systems, ensuring data accuracy and reporting
- Assist consultants with candidate onboarding and compliance checks
- Coordinate documentation and contract administration
- Produce reports on KPIs, placements, and overall performance
- Assist with relocation logistics including visa processing and onboarding
- Support HR administration and employee experience initiatives
- Work alongside office management to maintain a high-quality working environment
