This role sits at the heart of that journey—offering a unique blend of core management accounting and finance transformation, giving the successful candidate real influence across both BAU and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and oversight of core controls
- Production and analysis of gross margin and commission reporting
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Delivering insightful financial reporting to senior stakeholders
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and automation across finance
What They’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role
- Strong track record of improving processes or driving automation within finance
- Advanced Excel skills, with exposure to tools such as Power BI or similar advantageous
- Confident communicator, able to partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
