My client is a global, multi-branded international recruitment business looking for a Marketing Lead. As the Marketing professional at this business, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how they are perceived globally, combining creative storytelling with data-driven marketing to support their mission, building world-class teams for their clients and colleagues. This position will require strong strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a proven track record in building world-class marketing teams and measurable brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing and Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute their global marketing strategy, aligning brand, content, and performance initiatives with overall business/sales objectives.
- Manage and optimise marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI across all channels and campaigns.
- Build and scale a high-performing global marketing team, ensuring alignment, accountability, and creative excellence.
- Define and oversee brand positioning, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Drive performance marketing, SEO, and lead generation strategies to fuel commercial growth and pipeline development.
- Partner with leadership and Client Services to enhance client/candidate experience and improve NPS through brand engagement, client communication, and feedback initiatives.
- Own and manage key metrics — including ROI, NPS, marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and conversion rates — with clear, data-backed reporting to the C-Suite.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align marketing with sales and business development efforts across all offices.
- Oversee the creation of high-impact content (presentations, brochures, podcasts, campaigns, articles, and video) that positions the brand as a thought leader in recruitment and beyond.
- Evaluate and implement technology and automation tools (CRM, analytics, AI) to enhance marketing efficiency and insights.
- Organise/attend and represent the brand at industry events, conferences, and brand activations to strengthen our global presence.
- Stay informed on market trends, innovations, and emerging digital strategies to maintain their competitive edge.
- Foster a collaborative, creative, and performance-driven culture within the marketing team.
- Support and promote the businesses EVP (Employer Value Proposition) globally, ensuring it reflects our culture, purpose, and people.
- Partner with the People and Talent teams to create compelling campaigns that attract, engage, and retain talent across all markets.
- Support consultants and talent teams in developing personal branding strategies, helping them engage effectively with talent communities online and offline.
- Champion the internal amplification of success stories, growth journeys, and cultural milestones that bring their people to life.
- Ensure all candidate-facing content and experiences authentically represent the brand and values.
- Lead and oversee internal communications strategy, ensuring consistent and inspiring messaging across global offices.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to communicate company vision, updates, and initiatives effectively.
- Manage internal campaigns that strengthen employee engagement, alignment, and sense of belonging.
- Support leadership in producing internal updates, newsletters, and events that enhance connectivity and motivation across teams.
