To support this evolution, the organisation is seeking an Interim / Fractional Chief People Officer to provide dedicated senior people leadership for the first time. This role has been created to bring strategic focus, structure and long‑term thinking to the people agenda, ensuring the organisation is fully equipped to scale while preserving the culture and values that define it.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the development of a multi‑year People Strategy aligned to business objectives, growth plans and future capability requirements.
- Advise on organisation design, workforce planning and succession, ensuring the business is prepared for scale.
- Establish clear performance frameworks, people metrics and dashboards, improving speed to competence, progression and accountability.
- Modernise employee relations and policy, embedding a progressive, values‑led approach and equipping managers with practical people‑leadership tools.
- Strengthen talent acquisition, onboarding and employer brand, enhancing EVP, candidate experience and internal communications.
- Demonstrate experience from world‑class, high‑performing organisations with a track record of scaling SMEs or professional services business.
What We're Looking For:
- Trained HR Professional (CIPD Level 7).
- A coaching qualification - not required.
- Positive and solutions‑oriented outlook.
- A highly credible senior People leader with experience operating in values‑led or professional services environments.
- Comfortable working at both strategic and hands‑on levels, designing frameworks and driving implementation.
