This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the AI and automation strategy, aimed at driving performance and aligning with business goals. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, the AI & Automation Lead will be responsible for enhancing efficiency and productivity across various departments, including Marketing, Sales, Finance, Contracts & Compliance, Business Services, Technology, L&D, HR, and Talent Acquisition.The ideal candidate will be proactive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about leveraging AI and automation technologies to innovate and streamline processes. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop and apply AI and automation skills across the entire business, impacting all office locations and functions.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Review current AI & Automation strategies; recommend amendments andImprovements• Project manage the full life cycle of their brand-new automation software from initiation through to implementation and then on-going ownership of system.• Own the AI strategy, ensuring they are utilising the right AI tools while maintaining security and data protection• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Automation across all channels• Own all automations within the business• Develop and build automations at key touch points• Work with all business units and stakeholders to plan tailored content• Develop and report on testing plans to improve automation performance• Provide monthly reports and insights on automation performance• Implement and understand data management within their platform• Stay on top of AI and automation trends and topicsExperience and skills:• Extensive experience in using Automation software• Vast experience in using/ managing CRM platforms. Preferably Bullhorn• Excellent knowledge of AI prompts when utilising AI-powered chatbots (i.e. ChatGPT andBing Chat)• Experience in confidently managing a large project, full cycle• Experience of the recruitment (or similar) industry would be ideal
