About the client

My client was founded in 2013 by lifelong friends who built the business from the ground up with strong roots in the oil and offshore industries. The group now operates two brands across Offshore and Technology and is experiencing rapid growth and momentum, recently receiving multiple rankings on reputable lists. The leadership team is highly visible and respected, with a strong presence on the sales floor and a collaborative, high-performance culture.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to take ownership of the legal and contractual function across the Offshore division. This is a standalone, hands-on role suited to someone confident, autonomous, and proactive, able to anticipate issues, manage risk, and escalate to third-party advisors where required. • Supporting and responding to client audits
  • Responsibility for A1 Forms (EU legal focus rather than compliance)
  • Providing legal guidance to internal stakeholders across the business
  • Liaising with and escalating matters to external legal advisers and third parties when required

About You

  • Proven experience in a Legal Manager or senior legal/contracts role
  • Strong contracts background is essential
