Your impact

As Learning and Development, you will play a pivotal role in building the skills, confidence, and leadership capability that fuel continued growth. You will have the autonomy to design, deliver, and continuously evolve development initiatives that genuinely change how people perform, and how future leaders are built.

What you will be doing

  • Talent Development Strategy & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging development programmes aligned to commercial and growth objectives. Build capability across sales, leadership, and management populations. Create structured learning pathways for both new joiners and experienced hires.
  • Induction & Onboarding Excellence: Own and deliver a best‑in‑class induction experience. Design and continuously refine onboarding that accelerates productivity and long‑term success. Ensure consistency, energy, and impact from day one.
  • Coaching & Training: Deliver high‑impact training via workshops, group sessions, and 1:1 coaching. Provide on‑the‑job coaching that drives measurable performance gains. Partner with managers to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development plans.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with senior leaders and people managers. Act as a trusted advisor on learning, performance, and capability building. Influence stakeholders to adopt scalable, high‑value development solutions.
  • Learning Systems & Innovation: Own learning content within the LMS. Drive usage, engagement, and innovation in learning delivery. Continuously evolve approaches to keep learning relevant, modern, and effective.
  • Culture & Continuous Improvement: Champion a high‑performance, learning‑led culture. Measure impact and ROI of development activity. Contribute to wider talent and people initiatives as the business scales.

What we are looking for

  • Background in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or sales recruitment / 360 roles (commercial exposure is highly valued).
  • Confident facilitator and coach with strong presence and communication skills.
  • Comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Passionate about developing people in fast‑paced, high‑performance environments.
  • Experience delivering sales training is an advantage, but mindset and capability matter more than a perfect CV.
