Compliance plays a critical role in ensuring quality, scalability, and risk management across all regions.

We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to join a collaborative and fast-paced compliance team. This is a high-impact role with clear progression into a leadership position. You will initially join as a senior member of the team, working closely with the Head of Compliance, with the opportunity to step into a management role in the near future. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role in a high-volume environment and is looking to develop their leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end contractor compliance processes
  • Ensure all contractors meet regulatory and client-specific requirements
  • Review and maintain compliance documentation, contracts, and templates
  • Act as a key point of contact for contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with recruitment, finance, and HR teams to support onboarding and contractor lifecycle processes
  • Support ongoing improvements to compliance systems and processes
  • Provide guidance and informal mentoring to junior team members
  • Assist in organising team workflows and prioritisation
  • Contribute to the development and scalability of the compliance function
About You
  • Essential: Proven experience in compliance within a recruitment environment
  • Strong understanding of contractor onboarding and high-volume compliance processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • Desirable: Experience in regulated sectors (e.g. NHS, education, or similar)
  • Previous experience supporting or mentoring team members
  • Exposure to contract recruitment environments
