Camino Partners are working a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support a high-profile entrepreneur and public figure with a diverse portfolio of business interests.

This is a fast-paced, fully remote role where no two days are the same.

You'll become a trusted right hand, managing both professional and personal priorities while ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, discreet and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, managing correspondence and communications.
  • Support both business and personal commitments with complete confidentiality.
  • Organise meetings, events and appointments, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, suppliers and external advisors on the principal's behalf.
  • Handle confidential documentation, expenses and administrative tasks to the highest standard.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency across day-to-day operations.

About You

  • Previous experience supporting a C-suite executive, entrepreneur, UHNW individual or high-profile principal.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Naturally proactive, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong communication skills with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Available to provide flexibility when required, recognising that priorities can evolve quickly.
