This is a fast-paced, fully remote role where no two days are the same.
You'll become a trusted right hand, managing both professional and personal priorities while ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries.
- Act as the primary point of contact, managing correspondence and communications.
- Support both business and personal commitments with complete confidentiality.
- Organise meetings, events and appointments, ensuring seamless execution.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders, suppliers and external advisors on the principal's behalf.

- Previous experience supporting a C-suite executive, entrepreneur, UHNW individual or high-profile principal.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
