Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the month-end close process, including journals, accruals, and revenue reporting
- Preparing monthly management accounts and supporting reporting packs
- Performing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining accuracy across the ledger
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Partnering with non-finance stakeholders, providing clear and actionable financial insights
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis and finance projects in a growing business
Ideal Profile:
- Currently studying towards ACCA / CIMA (with exams already passed)
- 1–3 years’ experience in a finance role with month-end exposure
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and keen to develop
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
