We are working with a reputable mental health provider seeking experienced Consultant Psychiatrists to conduct ADI-R assessments on a flexible, self-employed basis. This role is ideal for clinicians with a strong background in autism diagnostics and a passion for supporting neurodivergent individuals through structured, high-quality assessments.
About the Role:
- Conduct structured ADI-R assessments with patients and/or carers.
Responsibilities:
- Each assessment takes approximately 3.75 hours.
- Maximum of 2 assessments per day.
- Fully remote delivery via secure online platform.
- Direct engagement model – invoice monthly.
- Payment upon submission of completed assessment and report.
Pay range and compensation package:
- Completed ADI-R Assessment: £635.
- Did-Not-Attend (DNA): £317.50.
Qualifications:
- GMC-registered Consultant Psychiatrist.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on autism assessment using the ADI-R.
- Proven experience in delivering remote clinical assessments.
- High standards in clinical report writing and documentation.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a self-directed role.
- Passionate about autism diagnosis and improving patient outcomes.
- Committed, professional, and patient-centred approach.
