About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate NICU-trained Registered Nurse to provide specialized in-home care for an infant with complex medical needs. Key Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to a neonate with complex health needs in the home environment.

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage medical equipment (e.g., tracheostomy care, ventilators, feeding tubes, oxygen).

Deliver safe and competent tracheostomy and airway management in line with best practice.

Support parents and family members with education, reassurance, and hands-on guidance.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatricians, respiratory therapists, and allied health professionals.

Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

About You:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) experience.

*

Minimum [X years] of experience in neonatal or pediatric critical care.

Tracheostomy Care Certificate (mandatory).

Current CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
