The Role

This role places you at the heart of embedding therapy into daily classroom life, ensuring every child receives the tailored support they deserve. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will guide a dedicated school-based team of therapists, implement the latest evidence-based strategies, and work collaboratively with families to strengthen parental engagement and create meaningful, lasting change across the family unit. About You

We are looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist with a genuine passion for autism practice and working with children and young people. You will be:
