We are seeking a dynamic Principal Speech and Language Therapist to lead and drive therapy provision within a specialist autism school, shaping the future of autism practice. This role places you at the heart of embedding therapy into daily classroom life, ensuring every child receives the tailored support they deserve.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will guide a dedicated school-based team of therapists, implement the latest evidence-based strategies, and work collaboratively with families to strengthen parental engagement and create meaningful, lasting change across the family unit.
