Support Worker / Complex Care HCA โ Manchester โจ๐ ๐ Location: South Manchester, Greater Manchester ๐ Hours: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible shifts ๐ท Pay: ยฃ20-ยฃ25ph ๐ซ About the Role Weโre looking for a kind, skilled and enthusiastic Support Worker / HCA to join our caring team supporting a 15-year-old male in the South of Manchester area ๐ He has Tracheostomy and PEG feeding needs, and loves getting out and about for community activities ๐๏ธ๐ฎโฝ Your role will focus on building confidence, promoting independence, and making every day safe, engaging, and fun! ๐ฉบ Your Responsibilities โ Provide person-centred care in both home & community settings โ Support with Tracheostomy & PEG care (training/refresher available!) โ Encourage independence through social, leisure & community activities โ Keep accurate notes & communicate effectively with family & professionals โ Be a positive, reliable presence in the young personโs life ๐ ๐ช What Youโll Need ๐ Experience in Complex Care (Tracheostomy / PEG essential or willing to train) ๐งพ Enhanced DBS children and Adult ๐ NVQ 2/3 Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience) ๐ Driverโs licence preferred (not essential) ๐ A compassionate, patient & proactive attitude ๐ What We Offer โจ Excellent pay rates + holiday pay ๐ Full complex care training & ongoing clinical supervision ๐ฐ๏ธ Flexible shift patterns ๐ 24/7 management & clinical support ๐ Friendly, supportive team culture
