About the Role
We’re looking for a kind, skilled and enthusiastic Support Worker / HCA to join our caring team supporting a 15-year-old male in the South of Manchester area
He has Tracheostomy and PEG feeding needs, and loves getting out and about for community activities
Your role will focus on building confidence, promoting independence, and making every day safe, engaging, and fun!
Your Responsibilities
Provide person-centred care in both home & community settings
Support with Tracheostomy & PEG care (training/refresher available!)
Encourage independence through social, leisure & community activities
Keep accurate notes & communicate effectively with family & professionals
Be a positive, reliable presence in the young person’s life
What You’ll Need
Experience in Complex Care (Tracheostomy / PEG essential or willing to train)
Enhanced DBS children and Adult
NVQ 2/3 Health xiskglj & Social Care (or equivalent experience)
Driver’s licence preferred (not essential)
A compassionate, patient & proactive attitude
