About the Role

We’re looking for experienced clinicians to join our team of ADHD assessors, supporting adult services. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, NICE-compliant ADHD assessments, helping individuals and families gain a clearer understanding of their needs and access the right support.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive, NICE-compliant ADHD assessments for adults aged 18+
  • Communicate effectively with neurodiverse individuals, families, and colleagues
  • Produce clear, detailed clinical reports within agreed timelines

Qualifications

  • Core Professions Required
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
  • Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)

Required Skills

  • Proven experience conducting ADHD assessments in line with NICE guidance
  • Skilled in tools such as DIVA-5, CAARS, QBTest, and applying DSM-5 criteria
  • Comfortable engaging with adult clients and managing assessments independently
  • Willingness to offer face-to-face appointments in Canterbury (some remote work possible)
  • Up-to-date NMC registration, supervision, appraisal, revalidation, and indemnity insurance

Pay range and compensation package

£200 per assessment | Outside IR35 | Paid via LTD Up to 3 assessments per day (maximum 21 per week)
