Role Overview
Based at our offices in Haslingden, Lancashire, we are seeking to appoint a proactive and customer-focused Customer Services Representative to act as the primary point of contact for our customers across all aspects of service and customer care. Working in a small team you will act as the primary representative regarding communication to the Customer for all aspects of service and Customer Care. Responsibilities
- Preparing of quotations.
- Processing orders.
- Handling Customers queries.
- Raising Credit notes.
- Develop and maintain appropriate product knowledge.
- Complete understanding of pricing.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and enquiries.
- Basic Product Knowledge.
Requirements
- Be proficient with a range of Microsoft applications.
- Intermediate to high level of ability in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Be an excellent communicator and have an ability to deal with all internal and external customers.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Knowledge of D365.
Hours of Work
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday. On occasion there may be a need to work extra hours depending on job demands.
