We have a requirement for a
3.5-ton tail lift Driver
Monday to Friday - 44 hours per week - Variable daily start time from 6am Based from our site in Haslingden
This role will involve
- Delivering customer orders on time and in full using our big change system via a digital tablet and delivery documentation.
- Unloading customer orders from a vehicle in pre-defined routes - informing the dispatch office of any issues at the time if any arise. The role will include manual handling.
- Ensuring that all documentation is completed, signed as required and returned to the dispatch office via a driver's pack.
- Carrying out vehicle and auxiliary equipment checks prior to operation of any vehicle and report any defects immediately via a digital tablet.
- Checking and maintaining the vehicle on a regular basis.
- Loading and unloading of company vehicles.
- Assisting warehouse staff as and when required
The candidate must have
- Full clean driving licence
- Multi drop experience
- Good knowledge of UK road network
