Based at our offices in Haslingden, Lancashire, we are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. This role offers structured training and the opportunity to work towards a level 3 apprenticeship qualification.
Role Overview
Working in a small team you will act as the primary representative regarding communication to the Customer for all aspects of service and Customer Care.
Responsibilities
- Preparing of quotations.
- Processing orders.
- Handling Customers queries.
- Raising Credit notes.
- Develop and maintain appropriate product knowledge.
- Complete understanding of pricing.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts and enquiries.
Requirements
- Be proficient with a range of Microsoft applications.
- Intermediate to high level of ability in Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly motivated with the ability to work with little supervision.
- Be an excellent communicator and have an ability to deal with all internal and external customers.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- GCSE grade 5 and above in Maths & English.
Hours of work
8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 3.30pm on Friday. On occasion there may be a need to work extra hours depending on job demands.
As you will be studying for an apprenticeship, we don’t require our successful candidate to have any prior experience rather we are looking to appoint someone who is keen to learn a range of new skills. We’re hiring for the right attitude - this is so important to us.
