Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for completing site‑based and office‑based service activities on dust/mist collecting equipment and completing LEV testing on all types of LEV equipment.

This role requires the successful applicant to attend various customer sites with external sales representatives to provide specific technical support and to complete APC/LEV estimations, survey meetings, technical surveys and sales/pitch meetings within varied industries.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain dust/mist collection/LEV equipment as per service level agreements.
  • Complete PPM schedules, remedial works & filter replacements to dust/mist collection/LEV systems across varied market segments.
  • Complete LEV testing and provision of TEx T reports in accordance with HSG258.
  • Complete breakdown assistance and fault finding on dust/mist collection/LEV systems.
  • Complete performance measurements of existing equipment & qualification of new equipment in line with commissioning protocols.
  • Be involved in the installation of new dust/mist collection products on customer sites.

Qualifications

  • A full driving licence with no more than 3 points.
  • P601, 602, 603, 604, BOHS, and/or other recognised LEV certificates.
  • Basic knowledge of air filtration / HVAC (preferred but not essential).
  • Good knowledge and experience of dust/mist collection/LEV equipment.
