- Process supplier invoices, expenses, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Maintain financial records in Xero and associated systems
- Assist with bank reconciliations, month-end, year-end, and VAT processes
- Support credit control and customer payment follow-up
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate financial processing

- Provide administrative support across finance and wider business functions
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation

- Deputising & Cover Responsibilities
- Provide cover for the Finance Manager during absence
- Coordinate day-to-day finance and administrative activities during periods of cover, working within agreed authority levels and escalating issues where appropriate.
