With a Level 3 or above Early Years qualification, you’ll play a key role in providing a positive and secure relationship for children and their families. You’ll be responsible for the daily care and development of each child, supporting the Nursery Room Leader in the daily running of the Nursery Room and educational activities.

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (EYE, NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent) or above

  • Up-to-date training in first aid and safeguarding

  • Good knowledge of child protection procedures and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

  • Excellent references and a clear enhanced DBS

  • Passion for delivering high-quality childcare and learning

  • Exceptional communication skills, energy, and a positive ‘hands-on’ attitude

  • Engage with parents and offer support at every stage of their child’s nursery life, from settling in to transitioning to school. Develop relationships through the online learning journal

  • Energise and motivate the team through our client’s mission, vision, and values, contributing to their outstanding culture

  • Support each stage of every child’s unique journey and enhance their learning through bespoke modules created by the Head of Education
