Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across a defined NHS territory, building on an existing base of 70+ Trust customers.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of strategic, six-figure opportunities from discovery through to close.
- Build trusted, long‑term relationships with senior NHS leaders and digital transformation teams.
- Lead complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles with rigour and a consultative approach.
- Deliver compelling demonstrations, proposals and business cases that speak the NHS's language.
- Work closely with the executive, product and delivery teams to ensure every deal lands well.
Qualifications
- A proven enterprise B2B software sales professional with a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrable experience selling into the NHS - this is essential.
- Someone who can navigate complex stakeholder environments without losing momentum.
- Confident building business cases, articulating ROI and influencing at board and C‑suite level.
- An exceptional communicator and relationship-builder - credible, consultative, and persistent.
- A self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives with autonomy and accountability.
