The exclusive partner for several respected international design companies. To support our busy Edinburgh and Glasgow studios, we have two exciting career opportunities. Our creative and talented colleague will have a strong knowledge and love of design. With natural rapport they will understand their client to deliver an elevated design and experience. Main Duties and Responsibilities include: Creative, technical design of interiors including bespoke kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living furniture and systems Engaging client presentations, expert advice and recommendation Project manage multiple projects through all aspects including design concept to installation completion Includes ordering, site meetings, survey etc Manage client relationships throughout Collaboration with suppliers and project design teams, including architect, main contractor, specialist contractors and installation trades High standard of creative problem-solving with considered design to exceed client requirements and expectations, respecting budget and securing orders and recommendation Continuous professional development of skills, supplier and industry knowledge and expertise Professional, respectful collaboration with colleagues, working closely and on own initiative Maintain studios and client engagement Key Experience and Skills: BA Interior Design/Interior Architecture or equivalent 3 – 5 years minimum relevant industry, project and site experience Proficient CAD ability including SketchUp Design, planning, presentation and delivery of interiors and bespoke kitchen, bathroom and furniture systems with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy Supportive, trusted team player, equally confident working on own initiative Proactive, motivated to succeed and contribute to sales/business growth Positive, problem-solving approach Exceptional organisation/workload management to meet deadlines under pressure Prioritising client, active listening, ensuring exceptional customer service Strong literacy, numeracy and communication skills Stamina and resilience, this is a demanding role in a fast paced, evolving yet rewarding industry Hours: 9am – 5pm, 5 days Monday – Saturday (with a set day off to be arranged*) Studio base: Edinburgh or Glasgow (with flexibility to help cover either location subject to workload/annual leave if required) Salary: dependant on experience.
