This position involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, creating architectural designs that align with enterprise goals, and ensuring seamless integration of systems, applications, and services across the bank.

The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive the bank's technology and business roadmaps forward.

Key responsibilities 1.

Develop and document high-level architecture designs, solution blueprints, and integration strategies that align with the bank's business requirements. 2.

Define and maintain architecture standards, principles, and best practices. 3.

Lead the design and delivery of complex integrations involving cloud solutions (public, private, and Saa S).

Integration Strategy and Implementation 1.

Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrations using middleware platforms, APIs, microservices, and other technologies. 2.

Collaborate with development teams to implement integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

Technical Leadership and Collaboration 1.

Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders, providing guidance on system and data integration challenges and opportunities. 2.

Partner with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data engineers, Dev Ops, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery. 3.

Mentor and guide development teams on integration best practices and architecture principles.

Solution Validation and Optimization 1.

Review existing systems and integration points to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation. 2.

Ensure solutions comply with architectural guidelines, security standards, and regulatory requirements. 3.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing 1.

Create comprehensive architecture documentation, including diagrams, process flows, and technical specifications. 2.

Share knowledge and expertise through training sessions, presentations, and technical workshops.

Define and execute an integration roadmap and strategy.

Qualification & Experience 1.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2.

Certifications in relevant technologies or architectural frameworks (Microsoft Azure and Software AG are preferred). 3. 7+ years of relevant work experience overseeing/driving technology transformation within the banking sector. 4.

Proven experience in developing integration solutions with on-premises and cloud-based applications.
