Working Hours: Standard hours (39 hours paid monthly):
- Monday-Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30

The Role: Due to continued growth, ongoing investment, and the upcoming addition of a new multitasking bar-fed machine, our client is looking to recruit a full-time CNC Setter/Programmer to join their team in Burton-on-Trent.
Key responsibilities:
- Programming CNC machines, primarily multi-axis twin turret lathes
- Selecting appropriate tooling and determining efficient manufacturing methods
- Reading engineering drawings, identifying errors, and suggesting improvements
- Setting, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery
- Supporting continuous improvement within production processes
Requirements:
Essential:
- Proven CNC machining experience (twin turret / multi-axis experience highly desirable)
- Ability to read, edit, and write CNC programs
- Confident in setting and operating machines efficiently using initiative
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Competent in using conventional inspection and measuring equipment
Desirable:
- CAD/CAM experience would be a strong advantage
