What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close
- Selling into senior stakeholders and C-suite across complex enterprise accounts
- Navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes with confidence and commercial intelligence
- Delivering compelling presentations that connect platform capability to real business transformation

What We're Looking For
- Proven B2B 'enterprise software' sales track record - deal sizes in the £100k - £1m range
- Consistent, demonstrable performance over a sustained period
- Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
- Intellectually curious and technologically literate - comfortable with platforms, integrations, and workflow transformation
- Naturally consultative - you ask better questions than you give answers
- Equally credible with technical buyers and board-level stakeholders
