We are partnering a fast-growth, PE-backed software business providing enterprise-grade platforms of large social housing and government customers, and a leadership team that's scaling hard without losing the culture that got them here.
Right now, all the team is hitting target.
The top performer is running at 130%.
That's not luck - it's a business with genuine product-market fit, a loyal customer base, and a sales leader who's lived the journey himself: started as a junior rep and is now Head of Enterprise Sales five years later.
He's not looking to hire someone to fill a seat - he's looking for the next version of himself.
This is a genuine 360°, cradle-to-grave sales role.
No SDRs.
No inside sales conveyor belt.
You own the full cycle - from first conversation to close.
You'll work a hybrid hunter/farmer patch: driving migrations and upsells through the existing customer base, while building the credibility and pipeline to land ambitious new logos.
Migration deals move fast - 2 to 3 months.
New-logo wins are a longer, more strategic play - 12 to 15 months of consultative selling into complex, transformational projects.
If you like the quick win and the long game in equal measure, this is your kind of hunting ground.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a mixed portfolio - accounts and new logos
- Selling modular upsells into the existing base, alongside larger platform deals ranging from £60k up to £150k-£500k ARR
- Carrying a quota of ~£600–700k, with uncapped upside
- Owning deals end-to-end - this is a role for someone who wants real ownership
- Building trust fast with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, right up to senior leadership
- Asking the smart questions that unlock complex, consultative sales
What We're Looking For
- Solid Saa S sales experience – flexible on industry background, but comfort with mid-to-long, relationship-led cycles is essential
- A genuine hunter/farmer hybrid - as energised by growing accounts as by landing new ones
- Intellectually curious, technologically literate - able to get under the skin of complex platforms and business transformation challenges; strong academics are often a good early signal
- Naturally consultative - you listen, ask sharp questions, and earn trust rather than chase it
- Highly sociable and genuinely likeable - this is a relationship business, full stop
- A self-starter's mentality - driven, commercially sharp, comfortable without a rigid playbook
- A track record of sticking around and achieving - a blip or two is understandable.
- Why This One's Different
- Proven earning potential - a team that's hitting target across the board, with top performers well beyond it
- A leader who's walked the path - promoted from junior rep to Head of Enterprise Sales in five years, and actively building others the same way
- Real optionality - clear routes of progression in sales or other departments, or expansion into the group's wider brands and international teams
- Flexibility — base yourself in London or Manchester, with an Edinburgh satellite opening later this year (typically 2 days in the office required - unless out visiting customers)
Compensation & Benefits
- £50–55k base plus £25–30k commission, roughly £80k OTE, uncapped.
- Strong benefits package, company events, 25 days holiday + bank holidays
