MARKETING INSIGHT ANALYST - Membership Organisation THE ROLE We're hiring on behalf of an established financial services membership organisation based in London.

Their marketing runs across email, website, social, paid, partnerships and events – but they want clearer insight into what's working.

They need an analyst who can change that.

Someone who takes performance data and turns it into clear recommendations that shape decisions.

You'll own reporting and dashboards, analyse what's working and why, and be the person the Senior Marketing Manager relies on to understand campaign performance.

This is hands-on setting up, reporting and analysis – not data science, not strategy – but work that genuinely matters to how they operate.

PACKAGE Salary: Up to £40,000 Bonus: Discretionary, based on performance

Pension: A generous 15% employer contribution Working pattern: Hybrid, London-based – 20% office attendance expected WHAT YOU'LL DO Own reporting and dashboards across email, website, social, paid, partnerships and events.

Analyse campaign and event performance and audience journeys, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

Analyse campaign performance in-flight as well as post-campaign, feeding live optimisation recommendations back to the marketing team.

Enable audience segmentation and targeting by analysing customer and delegate behaviour and response patterns.

Lead testing and measurement approaches, ensuring learnings are applied across campaigns.

Produce insight reports and post-campaign reviews, highlighting outcomes, learnings and next actions.

Support forecasting and planning through trend analysis, benchmarks and performance context.

Liaise with the Senior Marketing Manager to prioritise measurement needs and enable performance optimisation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Degree or equivalent in marketing, analytics or a related field. 3+ years' experience in marketing insight, reporting and measurement.

Worked on B2B marketing analytics ideally including events/conference analytics.

Hands‑on experience analysing performance directly within marketing platforms (e. g. an email marketing platform, Linked In/social analytics, paid media platforms) – not just working from data exported by others.

Knowledge of KPIs, optimisation and attribution basics.

Experience of turning data into actions for stakeholders.

Understanding of data governance, accuracy and integrity.

Experience of working in B2B companies.

KEY SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES Analytical rigour and curiosity.

Strong data storytelling and visualisation.

Practical knowledge of web and marketing channel analytics (e. g. email and social platforms), plus dashboards and Excel/BI tools.

High accuracy and attention to detail.

Confident partnering with non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
