We’re supporting a market leading UK specialist pensions organisation with hiring a Senior Business Development Manager who will drive growth from a mid-enterprise size corporate customer base. The successful individual will be central to growth, driving acquisition, strengthening current relationships, and contributing to a range of revenue-generating initiatives. You’ll lead commercial strategies, manage key campaigns, and ensure customers receive exceptional service.
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £60,000 - £80,000 OTE annual bonus
- Flexible/remote working – likely two days a week in central London
- Amazing pension plus income protection and life cover
- 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (incl Christmas off)
About you:
- Proven sales/business development experience, coming from the pensions sector
- Skilled in client relationship development/management and multi-channel engagement
- Confident with CRM systems and data-driven sales
