My client is a leading provider of professional services to overseas businesses looking to enter, grow and scale in the UK. Due to continued growth, their accountancy services team requires additional support. We have placed numerous staff into this business over the years with excellent candidate feedback. Responsibilities:
- Act as a Financial Controller/Finance Manager to a small portfolio of businesses.
- Produce month end accounts, including balance sheet and profit and loss.
- Oversight of cash flow.
- Assist with the preparation of year end accounts.
- Compile VAT returns and EC Sales Lists.
- Ad hoc supervision of junior staff.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a progressive accountancy firm or outsourcing business, managing clients and working to deadlines.
- Proven ability to supervise staff and delegate workloads effectively.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
