We're hiring on behalf of an established financial services membership organisation based in London. They're looking for a Content Executive to help create, edit and publish clear, engaging content across internal and external channels. This is a hands-on junior role for someone who loves writing, proofing and making complex information easy to understand. You'll support the production of reports, newsletters, intranet updates and wider communications activity, working closely with the Head of Content and Communications.

What You'll Do

  • Draft, edit and proof content to ensure clarity, consistency and alignment with tone of voice
  • Support the production and publication of policy reports and consultation responses
  • Help prepare documents for publication, including formatting and version control
  • Produce internal communications such as announcements, updates and newsletters
  • Update and maintain the intranet and other content platforms
  • Work with policy, public affairs and membership teams to turn complex material into accessible copy
  • Support content planning and track upcoming publications and communications activity

What We Need From You

Essential:

  • Content production experience (from communications, journalism, copywriting, marketing, PR or similar)
  • Strong writing, proofing and copy skills
  • Good attention to detail and a collaborative approach
  • Understanding of tone, accuracy and approval processes
  • Comfort using content creation and publishing tools

Desirable:

  • B2B or financial services experience
  • Knowledge of pensions or investments

What We Offer

  • Salary: £25–27.5k depending on experience
  • Pension: 15% employer contribution (or 10% flexible option with 0% employee contribution)
