Neurodiversity charity | Surrey (Hybrid working) | part time/full time considered (3-5 days a week) Β£40,000-50,000 per annum full time salary, maybe a tad higher for the perfect candidate!

We're working exclusively with a relatively new, high-potential charity with a clear mission: to enhance quality of life for neurodivergent adults through person-centred support and by celebrating difference.

Their model centres on a personal wellbeing mapping process β€” understanding what truly matters to each individual across physical health, mental wellbeing, social inclusion, independence and personal goals β€” leading to a bespoke, tailored support plan, an inclusive online community, and pathways to work and social opportunities.

Backed by a successful entrepreneur, with additional tech and finance support from the founder's other businesses, the charity is now building its core team from the ground up to scale its impact β€” a genuine opportunity to shape a growing organisation from its earliest days.

The role Reporting directly to the founder, you'll be the first feet on the ground, turning the charity's model into consistent, high-quality delivery for its members. xwwtmva You'll: Run operations and continuously improve the person-centred support model Identify and onboard specialist providers and resources Recruit and collaborate with a Care social media and basic finance skills a plus Based in Woking with hybrid working and flexible hours (3–5 days) Real scope to shape the role β€” and the charity β€” as it grows.
