THE ROLE: Key things you will be responsible for:
- All owner rental administration including issuing and processing rental mandates and advising owners of rental status;
- Handling rental enquiries that are not dealt with by the Resort Reservations team;
- Inputting rental reservations into Merlin, ensuring payment has been taken;
- Inputting owner and rental reservations into Resort Suite;
- Balancing availability between the different property management systems;
- Dealing with all general owner and guest enquiries;
- Liaising with other departments to ensure all owner and guest requests are passed on and completed;
- Assisting with the compilation of regular owner correspondence;
- Assisting with managing the content of the owners’ website;
- Handling internal & external exchange queries in the absence of the exchange co-ordinator;
- Compiling owner and guest feedback and responding where necessary;
- Assisting the owner & guest services team with any duties as required.

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:
- National 5 Qualifications in Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications) essential, with further study eg. NC/HND/SVQ or equivalent an advantage
- Customer service experience is essential, and Reception/Reservations or admin experience is desirable
- Keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, and passion for service excellence
- Initiative, creativity and ability to solve problems
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in IT, competent in the use of Microsoft packages and ability to use hand held technology essential (knowledge of Merlin or Resort Suite an advantage)
