As a Lodge Cleaning Supervisor, you will be part of a Lodge Housekeeping team responsible for ensuring that each of our luxury lodges consistently meets the 5* standard of cleanliness expected by our owners and guests. You will have a great instinct for cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail. Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, along with some experience in training and supervision, is required.
As Lodge Cleaning Supervisor, you will:
- Support the Lodge Cleaning team in delivering high standards of cleanliness.
- Be responsible for the cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and public spaces within our luxury lodges.
- Comply with all Health & Safety training and procedures.
- Lead others in company procedures to deliver a high standard of work.
