Team Assistant – Financial Services
London (City)
We’re looking for a Team Assistant with strong experience in financial services, invoice processing, and calendar management to help deliver impactful events across EMEA and Latin America.
What You’ll Do
- Drive end-to-end delivery of physical, hybrid, and virtual events aligned with business goals.
- Manage budgets, supplier invoices, and reconciliations with accuracy and speed.
- Own the events and webcast calendar, ensuring flawless organization and timely execution.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver engaging and compliant client experiences.
- Oversee vendors, contracts, and promotional materials to keep events on brand and on budget.
- Provide accurate reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with invoice processing and budget management.
- Outstanding calendar and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with strong stakeholder management.
- Confident using Microsoft Office, Outlook, and virtual event platforms.
