A fantastic opportunity for a bright graduate to kickstart their career in financial planning support. We're seeking a Trainee Paraplanner to join our Guildford-based Wealth Planning team. You'll work under the guidance of experienced Paraplanners, delivering high-quality research across pensions, investments, tax planning, life insurance, and more to support Wealth Planners in providing holistic client advice.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct research and cash-flow modelling to support client recommendations
  • Prepare clear, client-centric suitability reports and documentation
  • Draft technical documents and identify future advice opportunities
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company processes

What we're looking for:

  • Graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree
