  • Demonstrable interest in asset management and institutional client servicing (e.g. previous internship, placement, or work experience in financial services, asset management, wealth management, or advisory)
  • Already comfortable with institutional client concepts (e.g. client lifecycle, distribution channels, transfer agents, custodians)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (producing datasets, client reports, presentations); PowerBI experience is a strong plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks accurately

Key responsibilities

  • Service and administer institutional clients and their Consultants / Service Providers
  • Liaise with transfer agents, custodians, and service providers
  • Support coordination of change events across the client value chain (legal, operations, investment, compliance)
