We’re looking for an experienced collective funds / unit dealing professional to join and lead a high-performing fund operations team. This is a hands-on leadership role covering the full collective fund dealing lifecycle, including BAU oversight, box management, daily cut-offs, settlements, MI, and third-party administration. You’ll also play a key role in fund launches, platform transitions, and wider change initiatives, while acting as a senior escalation point across the business.

This opportunity would suit someone with strong asset management operations experience, deep knowledge of collective fund trading, and a solid understanding of risk, controls, and end-to-end fund dealing.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong background in collective funds / unit dealing.
  • Solid box management experience.
  • End-to-end fund lifecycle knowledge.
  • Team leadership and BAU oversight experience.
  • Strong numerical, Excel, and stakeholder skills.
