Senior Operations Analyst – Invoice Finance
Location: London (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join our growing operations team and help streamline, optimise, and scale our invoice financing function. You’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and exceptional client experiences across our lending platform.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our invoice finance offering, including client onboarding, invoice processing, funding, payments, and collections.
- Own the customer experience, acting as a first point of contact for operational matters and delivering timely, effective solutions.
- Conduct validation and verification checks on invoices to detect discrepancies or fraudulent activity.
- Perform reconciliations between client accounts, invoices, and payments to ensure complete accuracy.
- Work closely with the COO on reporting, including regulatory and fund reporting requirements.
- Partner with the CTO and Technology team on system and product enhancements that improve process efficiency.
- Support the Data Science team with risk analysis tools and process optimisation initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure full compliance with all operational risk, KYC, and regulatory frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations management within invoice financing or financial services.
- Hands-on experience using Dancerace systems (essential).
- Proven track record managing client relationships and operational workflows.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- UK finance industry qualifications are desirable.
