A leading Investment Management group is looking for a Senior Corporate Actions & Income Administrator to join a team with extensive experience. This progressive organisation offers an excellent career path within an expanding business.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

In order to be considered, you should meet the following criteria:

• Have 5 years of Corporate Actions experience
• Experience in Dividends processing
• Strong controls and attention to detail

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will join a proactive operations department. Responsibilities include:

• Corporate Action Announcements: Review and analyze new/updated announcements, maintain and review corporate action diary.
• Processing: Process and authorize Corporate Actions, support instructions with custodians, handle cash distributions, client interest calculations, sale orders for fractional shares, and dividend processing.
• Controls: Conduct daily/weekly checks, reconcile corporate actions, ensure income instructions for new clients, review fund distributions, monitor cash movements.
• Proxy Voting: Process proxy requests, maintain reports, and manage account setup with vendors.
• Monitor queries, chase custodians, validate tax vouchers, and update procedures.
