We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our Finance Transformation Programme (FTP) in a critical role supporting our revenue function, particularly our segregated mandates business. This position reports to a senior revenue manager and is part of our ongoing investment in the finance team to drive efficiency and improve business support through process, data, and technology enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, financial analysis, and monthly account reconciliations.
- Accurately accrue revenue and rebates, invoice segregated mandate clients, and provide insightful commentary and variance analysis.
- Research and resolve accounting issues.
- Drive process and reporting improvements.
- Understand data flow and utilize various accounting software.
- Recommend and implement departmental procedures and systems.
- Collaborate with other departments on financial transactions and inquiries.
- Support finance transformation through current and future state assessments.
- Work with process owners to resolve emerging transformation program issues.
Required Skills
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in financial control.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, particularly related to revenue.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
