A leading international banking institution is seeking a dynamic individual to drive growth and client relationships across the Scandinavian region in order to grow its commercial real estate lending propositions and facilities.

The role will focus on the Scandinavian real estate market where they are looking for business growth in terms of its commercial real estate lending portfolio.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to expand a high-value portfolio of commercial real estate clients in the Nordics.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, investors, and financial partners.
  • Analyze credit risk, prepare credit proposals, and ensure robust portfolio performance aligned with best-in-class risk standards.
