Operations Analyst – Boutique Hedge Fund
📍 London | Full-Time

OTC & Derivatives experience
Previous Hedge Fund experience.
We’re a boutique hedge fund seeking a proactive Operations Analyst with 2–3 years’ experience in financial services to join our collaborative operations team. If you enjoy problem-solving, have strong Excel skills (VBA/SQL a plus), and understand listed and OTC derivatives, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Manage end-to-end trade lifecycle for listed and OTC derivatives
- Perform trade capture, settlement, valuation, reconciliation, and risk management
- Liaise with front office, investor relations, compliance, and external counterparties
- Create reconciliation reports and ensure accurate regulatory compliance
- Drive process improvements across the team
What we’re looking for
- Experience in hedge fund or asset management operations (2–3 years)
- Advanced Excel skills; VBA/SQL desirable
- Knowledge of listed and OTC derivatives and portfolio management systems
- Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and clear communication
