seThe UCITS Sales Manager will be responsible for driving new business and managing relationships across the UK and/or European wholesale, intermediary, wealth, private bank, and institutional channels. The role will focus on promoting the firm’s UCITS fund range, growing assets under management, and deepening client engagement through a strong understanding of investment products, distribution dynamics, and investor need

s.Key responsibiliti

  • esDrive sales of the firm’s UCITS fund range across agreed client segment
  • s.Build and maintain relationships with wealth managers, platforms, fund buyers, IFAs, discretionary managers, private banks, family offices, and institutional allocator
  • s.Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term revenue relationship
  • s.Deliver product presentations, investment pitches, and client review
  • s.Work closely with product, portfolio management, marketing, and client service teams to support distribution strateg
  • y.Lead the onboarding process for new clients and support the implementation of new mandates where require
  • d.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor demand to inform sales strateg
  • y.Maintain accurate pipeline, call activity, and client reporting through CR
  • M.Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry event
  • s.Support preparation of RFPs, DDQs, sales materials, and investment commentar
  • y.Ensure all activities are conducted in line with regulatory requirements, internal governance, and compliance standard

s.Experience and skil

  • lsProven track record in asset management sales, ideally within UCITS, mutual funds, or broader investment management distributio
  • n.Strong knowledge of fund structures, asset classes, investment terminology, and client due diligence processe
  • s.Experience selling to wholesale, intermediary, platform, wealth, or institutional client
  • s.Excellent relationship-building and presentation skill
  • s.Strong commercial instinct with the ability to identify and convert opportunitie
  • s.Confident communicator with credibility at senior client leve
  • l.Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a tea
  • m.Strong understanding of FCA/regulatory requirements relevant to fund distributio
  • n.Experience using CRM systems and managing a structured sales pipelin

e.Desirab

  • leExisting network within the UK or European investment management marke
  • t.Knowledge of UCITS distribution across cross-border market
  • s.Foreign language skills, especially French, German, Italian, or Spanis
  • h.Experience with ESG, multi-asset, fixed income, equity, or alternatives fund ranges depending on the firm’s product se
