An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically strong Qualified Accountant to join a well-established and growing team in their London office. This is a great role for a qualified accountant looking to take the next step in a busy, client-focused environment with real responsibility and the chance to make an impact.
You will play a key role in the preparation of annual accounts, management of reporting processes, and delivery of high-quality accounting support across a varied portfolio. The successful candidate will also be expected to bring prior line management experience, including conducting appraisals and supporting the development of team members.
Key responsibilities:- Prepare annual accounts to a high standard.
- Oversee and review consolidation work and group accounts.
- Support the production of management information and financial reporting.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, including appraisals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely outputs.
- Contribute to a collaborative and professional team environment.
- ACA or ACCA or CPA qualified accountant.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Previous line management experience, including conducting appraisals.
- Solid experience preparing annual accounts.
- Strong understanding of consolidations and group accounts.
- Preferably experience within the real estate investment industry, gained through audit or accountancy.
- Confident, organised, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
